Circular Project: eYe – European Youth Employment

Tamsin has over 15 years experience working for industry leaders across various sectors in organisational and business development roles. In her previous position as a Global Learning and Development Manager, Tamsin designed and implemented a company-wide Leadership and Management programme. She also led a variety of strategically important projects in key Talent Management areas. This included integrating best practices in Performance Management and Individual Development, designing and delivering a HR Business Partner Program, and implementing an on-line Learning Portal. In addition, Tamsin has extensive experience in developing Competency Frameworks and Talent Planning & Assessment tools.

Previously Tamsin has also enjoyed direct business responsibility as the regional Marketing Manager for EMEA for a product line worth over $450 Mio p.a. In this role she drove key product innovations by prioritising and synthesising customer requirements from the region. Tamsin combines her business and HR experience to create practical human capital outcomes which drive improved company results.

Tamsin is a highly skilled facilitator and change agent who can work at all levels of an organisation. She is an expert in adult learning methodolgies which she can apply in both a classroom and elearning environment. She enjoys multicultural environments and over her career has personally delivered courses in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Possessing an honors degree from the University of York (UK) in Mathematics and Philosophy, Tamsin also has certificates in both Psychology and Coaching. She has a passionate interest in behavioral science and how practical interventions across organizations can positively impact human performance.
