- From 2008-2013, I served the World Economic Forum (WEF) as Chief Human Resources Officer where I also lead the WEF Think Tank on “New Models of Leadership”. With a team of renown leadership experts from business, academia and civil society I studied the complexities involving leadership, collaboration and ecosystems.
- I transferred my experience from the WEF into my own business in 2013 and founded CircularSociety AG a business advisory. Over the past 10+ years I have consulted organizations and advised executives on matters related to business development, collaboration, sustainability, personal growth and ecosystems.
